Fast Access

Fast Access allows HUD, SAAs, contractor staff, and any purchaser (at cost) to access a variety of reference documents used in the general course of correspondence, research and on-site visits. This includes information related to the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act, the Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards, the Manufactured Home Procedural and Enforcement Regulations, Manufactured Housing Program determination letters, Computer Coded Items Guideline items, and Interpretative Bulletins. This software package is distributed on a CD-ROM, and the Department has distributed Fast Access to approximately 350 users to date.
